The Wings Foundations Online Fly4Wings Donation Form is a quick & convenient way to donate credit for a trip that you have already flown to anyone currently receiving Wings PVD / Fly4Wings Assistance.

Any regular line Flight Attendant can donate the hours from any trip on their current month schedule that they have already flown. These can be trips initially plotted or any trips picked up through MU, Option II or from HIBOARD

*Note - You MUST fly the trip that you are donating. This is NOT a way of dropping trips.

Your Donation will consist of the total hours that YOU HAVE FLOWN during the donated sequence. These hours will then be applied to the Wings Recipient that you are donating to.
