The Wings Foundations Online PVD Donation Form is a quick & convenient way to donate PVDs to anyone currently receiving Wings PVD Assistance.

The PVD calendar year is from Jan 1 - Dec 31. You may donate an unlimited number of PVDs equal to your vacation accrual for the following year. PVDs donated this year are deducted from your vacation starting May 1 of next year.

• donations in 2012 deducted from vacation May 1, 2013 - April 30, 2014

Please consider your donation deducted immediately from your vacation accrual. You will see code W6 on your HI10 when your donation has been used & you will also receive a confirmation letter in your operations mail file.
